Kim joined Keller Williams in 2013 and had the opportunity to provide administrative support to agents and teams, numerous market centers, and the KW New England regional leadership. After assisting in both the Boston and MetroWest offices with various special projects, she joined the Boston office full-time as it’s Market Center Administrator, where she provides the office with and Boston MetroWest market centers. In all of these roles, she has enjoyed organizing and systematizing to help increase productivity and efficiency at all levels. She brings with her a background in human services and a commitment to serving and uplifting others.
According to Kim: “If we have the opportunity to work together, you may be greeted by my feisty blue-eyed preschooler or the furry tush of my tuxedo cat, and you’ll almost certainly spot rubber ducks in the background of my Zoom calls… just some small reminders of the life that makes the work worthwhile every day.”
Francina is our newest member of our team at KW Boston-Metro and we’re excited to welcome her to the KW Family. She is a tireless advocate for our agents and helps us manage everything from in-house events, office coordination, and tech support.
