David McCarthy has been an active member of the greater Boston real estate community for over for more than 15 years and has since become a trusted and reliable REALTOR. David is the Operating Partner of the Keller Williams Realty Boston-Metro and Chestnut Hill offices. The Boston-Metro office has over 160 agents with locations in the Boston neighborhoods of Back Bay, South End, Charlestown and Beacon Hill. The Chestnut Hill office with over 80 agents is located in the Newton Highlands neighborhood of Newton, Massachusetts. Since opening in the fall of 2005, the Keller Williams Boston-Metro and Chestnut office have become a dominant player in their Markets. David currently serves as President-Elect for the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS. In addition David currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS and chairs the Convention Planning Committee along with being a member of the National Association of REALTORS David also serves on the Member Communications Committee. David is also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). David is a native of Scituate and a graduate of Suffolk University. Stephanie Wilkinson is the Team Leader of the KW Boston-Metro Market Center previously served as the former Director of Career Development.
She has been involved in residential real estate for over 18 years. Her unique and well-rounded perspective has been involved in the sourcing and acquisition of well over $3 Billion worth of real estate for a client base that includes: financial institutions, pensions funds and private investors.
From a residential perspective, she has been involved in the sales and marketing of over 2,000 homes valued at over $1 Billion.
Stephanie has played an integral role in the successful sell-out of numerous high-end condominium projects across the East Coast.
Stephanie’s ability to oversee a residential deal from inception to completion is largely attributed to her attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the market. In addition to her work with many new development projects, Wilkinson’s profound expertise in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating all aspects of the sales transaction, and developing pricing strategies and inventory control has earned her the respect of peers and clients alike. Whether partnering with a new construction developer or a first-time homebuyer or seller, Stephanie gives her full attention to each deal.
Stephanie served as Chief Operating Officer for Sheldon Good and Company, a national real estate auction company headquartered in New York City. She oversaw the operations of the firm as well as the sales and marketing strategies for both the commercial and residential portfolios.
Stephanie was a founding partner of Accelerated Marketing Partners, a national residential marketing and auction firm, where she oversaw the operations of the east coast Company and its marketing and sales programs. During her tenure, Stephanie was instrumental in the company’s ability to sell $500 Million dollars worth of residential real estate.
Before joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Boston-based The Collaborative Companies, a residential real estate marketing firm. Wilkinson managed the marketing programs and strategy for major residential real estate developments. Previously, Stephanie developed her foundation base and ultimately served as vice president of Highland Management Associates, a construction management and real estate development firm. At this firm, she developed a broad range of experience to include: planning, permitting, design, scheduling, cost control involving both commercial and residential projects.

Kash is a Midwestern native, born and raised in Chicago and graduated from the University of Iowa.
He was originally licensed in 2000 and has over 19 years of real estate experience after professional positions in Management and Business Development in the Hospitality/Hotel and Staffing industries, as well as computer software design and development related to the hospitality space.
Kash’s residential real estate sales experience included both individual resale home sales and construction/subdivision sales.
Kash has been with Keller Williams Realty in leadership positions for the last 13 years. He started with Keller Williams in Marin County, California and held a variety of leadership positions the San Francisco Bay area and California foothill communities near lake Tahoe.
Relocating to Boston in 2011, he has worked in Keller Williams offices on both the North and South shores of Massachusetts before joining the Boston-Metro office in 2015
Chris has over 20 years experience in real estate, first as an owner, manager, and adviser for residential multi-family properties. Within a couple of years, he obtained his Massachusetts Salesperson license and helped launch one of Boston’s first niche real estate websites.
In 2008, he decided to join Keller Williams, achieved his MA Broker license, and took charge of his business through KW’s award-winning Training and Technology. Later, Chris joined a top-producing team as Operations & Marketing Manager, helping to grow their annual sales from $25 million to $65 million in just over two years. Chris has also worked for and consulted with several internet companies and local real estate teams and restaurants in the Greater Boston area.
Chris served as the Director of Innovation & Technology for KW Boston Metro for about a year before being promoted to Group Manager for the five offices affiliated with KW Boston Metro, KW Boston MetroWest, and KW Chestnut Hill, where his focus is compliance, corporate communications, technology, and operations.
Chris started his real estate career with Keller Williams Worcester in 2015. His work ethic, servant leadership and commitment to the KW models lead him to become Rookie of the Year in the Realtor Association of Central Mass. Recognizing the opportunity closer Boston, he moved his business to Westborough and created the Elite Homes Group in 2017. In their first year, they went on to become a 5th level team and end the year as one of the highest production teams in the Westborough Market Center. Chris also served as the Profitability Chair on the ALC for two years before he was hired as the Team Leader of the market center. At the beginning of 2019, Chris finally decided to make his 5 year goal a reality by taking his passion of leading, training and motivating agents to the Boston area.
Jade grew up in Perth, Western Australia. In 2018 she traded in walks on sunny beaches for walks in snowy parks and moved to Boston, Massachusetts, joining the Keller Williams Boston-Metro Leadership Team. Jade brings with her 10+ years of experience in high-level customer service and 5+ years of experience in online brand management, marketing and event production across various industries.
Serving as the Director of First Impressions, Jade is fortunate enough to work closely with leadership and our agents to provide the highest level of service, with individualized support and strong attention to detail. A big believer in servant leadership, Jade hopes to continue assisting her agents to achieve their professional and personal success.
Jade enjoys exploring and travelling, having visited over 10+ countries across 4 continents. She currently lives in Beverly, MA and when not collaborating with agents to build their businesses, Jade can be found refining her figure skating skills or teaching children in one of Boston’s many rinks or snuggling up with a hot cup of tea and a good book.
