Chris has over 20 years experience in real estate, first as an owner, manager, and adviser for residential multi-family properties. Within a couple of years, he obtained his Massachusetts Salesperson license and helped launch one of Boston’s first niche real estate websites.
In 2008, he decided to join Keller Williams, achieved his MA Broker license, and took charge of his business through KW’s award-winning Training and Technology. Later, Chris joined a top-producing team as Operations & Marketing Manager, helping to grow their annual sales from $25 million to $65 million in just over two years. Chris has also worked for and consulted with several internet companies and local real estate teams and restaurants in the Greater Boston area.
Most recently, Chris served as the Director of Innovation & Technology for KW Boston Metro for about a year before being promoted to Group Manager responsible for Communications, Compliance, and Technology at KW Boston Metro, KW Boston MetroWest, and KW Chestnut Hill. After making significant improvements to many of our systems and processes at all 3 offices, he’s now taken on the role of Director of Operations for KW Greater Boston, which includes our offices from Downtown Boston to Framingham.
Steven Daloia began his real estate career as a rental agent in Allston and after one year moved into residential sales. Given an opportunity to start as an assistant within a team, Steven quickly grew into a manager while simultaneously growing his own sales business. From South Boston to Newton and beyond, he’s sold and leased real estate all over Massachusetts. Having performed the tasks an agent leverages out to what a top agent consistently executes, Steven’s broad experience allows him to consult and lead agents at every step of their journey.
Over the 7+ years of experience in real estate, he realized more and more that his true passion was being a mentor and leader for his colleagues. He began with KW as the Director of Career Development, quickly proving himself with agents at all levels. Steven is now the Team Leader for our Boston office, where he brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping agents, and approaches everyone’s goals with true empathy.
Kim joined Keller Williams in 2013 and had the opportunity to provide administrative support to agents and teams, numerous market centers, and the KW New England regional leadership. After assisting in both the Boston and MetroWest offices with various special projects, she joined the Boston office full-time as it’s Market Center Administrator, where she provides the office with and Boston MetroWest market centers. In all of these roles, she has enjoyed organizing and systematizing to help increase productivity and efficiency at all levels. She brings with her a background in human services and a commitment to serving and uplifting others.
According to Kim: “If we have the opportunity to work together, you may be greeted by my feisty blue-eyed preschooler or the furry tush of my tuxedo cat, and you’ll almost certainly spot rubber ducks in the background of my Zoom calls… just some small reminders of the life that makes the work worthwhile every day.”
Francina is our newest member of our team at KW Boston-Metro and we’re excited to welcome her to the KW Family. She is a tireless advocate for our agents and helps us manage everything from in-house events, office coordination, and tech support.
